A Promise of Marvelous Help

2 Chronicles 26: 3, 4, 5, 15

Uzziah was sixteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem. He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord… He set himself to seek God in the days of Zechariah, who instructed him in the fear of God, and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him prosper. So, his fame spread far and wide, for he was marvelously helped till he became strong.”   

God has unlimited resources. He has unlimited ability and unrivalled power, and He desires to give us all that we can possibly need. The God we serve is unlimited in possibility and ability- that’s OUR God!

There was a King named Uzziah who ruled Israel at a very young age. Historical records show that during Uzziah’s reign, he achieved a lot of things that brought prosperity and safety for his country and for his people. Uzziah was able to do all these things at a young age, and rule for over 50 years too because he enjoyed marvelous help from God. This shows us the importance of being marvelously helped by God. We have access to marvelous divine help, but we must also fulfil the conditions to access that help. 

It’s important to note some of the things Uzziah did to be able to benefit from this divine marvelous help. Uzziah did right by seeking and honouring God first. As long as he sought God, he not only prospered, but he and the people under him enjoyed marvelous help and favor. Once you consciously choose to involve God in everything that concerns you, you align yourself on the path God has for you and God mobilizes all the power of Heaven and Earth to help you meet that end. 

Marvelous helps sets you up to achieve great things you would never have been able to imagine. Marvelous help positions and enables you to fulfil destiny. So today, make up your mind not to limit God.
